Tidying up and functionality of the city center brings a better life. The current lifestyle leads to an unhealthy lifestyle, where you sit on your smartphone and exercise little. Therefore, it is necessary to study and promote the use of park space by teenagers. In this work, the Kellamäe park in the center of Maardu was taken into consideration. Observations were carried out in the study area, during which people's locations and activities were mapped. In this way, it was possible to identify where and what kind of activities were practiced in the park. In addition to the observations, a survey was conducted to find out the target group's expectations and opinion about the park. This gave a better insight into the target group's attitude towards the park and the points of view to change and add to the park in order to make the park more attractive to teenagers. In the future, the work will shape the task for the further development of a design solution in order to contribute to the development of teenagers' interest through the design solution of the park. In order to achieve the goal, the observations made about the researched area, an opinion survey and the processing of the literature have been taken as a basis.
Kellamäe Park has been thoroughly analyzed based on the results of on-the-spot observations carried out in several seasons and a survey conducted among different age groups. Observation and analysis provided additional information mainly from the cognitive perspective of teenagers.

Discussion
As part of this work, field observations of the study area were carried out, which made it possible to understand the behavior of people in public space as well as to perceive the surrounding space of the environment. The BlueHealth Behavior Assessment Tool BBAT methodology for mapping behavior observations was used to make the observations. To supplement the observational data, a survey aimed primarily at the target group of teenagers was used. The purpose of the survey was to find out expectations and attitudes. They were asked how well they know the park and with whom they stay there and for what purposes, as well as how they feel about greenery and what could be improved in the park. As a result, Kellamäe Park has been thoroughly analyzed by carrying out field observations at different times of the year, and the opinion of the desired age group on the vision of Kellamäe Park has been obtained.
