The design of the auxiliary building has been based on the size and shape of the plot, the suitability of the building to the surrounding environment and rational use of space. The main volume of the building is a single-storey solution with an attic, a 22° roof pitch and a height of 4.0 metres above ground level. The main construction material is designed to be wood, which is finished with painted board cladding.
The principle of the layout is simple and functional. The building has four auxiliary rooms.
