The design of the auxiliary building is primarily based on the suitability of the building for the environment and the rational use of space. The auxiliary building is designed as a single-storey building with a roof pitch of 5 degrees and a height of 3.60 m above the ground.
The materials used for the auxiliary building are mostly wood and glass. More glass has been used for the side of the building on the street side of Sõstra tee at the expense of the existing auxiliary building.
On the first floor, there are two utility rooms for storing agricultural implements.
